Most cost effective way to turn store credit into cash

Well I have a $590 store credit at an electronic department store and I really dont want to spend the money there because the prices there are ridiculous. So I want to get cash out of it and buy a new phone. Whats the most cost effective to turn the store credit into cash without losing too much money?The department store also sells furniture and white goods.
