Can employer see my bank account balance ,if he had my account and routing number

No.Many employers (including mine) offer direct deposit of paychecks and need this information in order to direct deposit your paycheck.They cannot see or find out your bank account balance.
      Answer1:Your employer need the account number to be able to transfer your pay check to your account. The routing number is required for the bank, to technically perform the money transaction. He cannot "see" or "act" in your bank account.
